Shipping

We ship to the lower 48 US states and 10 Canadian provinces. We do not ship to AK, HI, US Territories, or Canadian Territories.

All items ship via Fedex Ground with optional signature requirement. The customer is responsible for customs and duties. Packages deliver in 2-5 working days. We do not offer expedited shipping. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Fedex may leave the package at your door. You can also request Fedex to hold your package at a nearby location.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show successful delivery to the order address, however we will do our best to assist you. Please contact us at support@akronstreet.com.

Returns & Exchanges

US orders can be returned or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Orders to Canada are eligible for exchange only.

Returned items must be in brand new condition. All parts and instructions must be complete and repacked in its original packaging. Items in non-original packaging are not eligible for return. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may use your own shipping label, or you can request a label from us. Contact us at support@akronstreet.com to get started.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged or defective items may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Please send detailed pictures and relevant information to support@akronstreet.com and we'll make it right.
